<br /> Section ll. The following sub-sections shall be added to <br /> Section 17.20.020, Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.20.020(D) (3) <br /> For a preschool nursery, daycare school, kindergarten, <br /> elementary school or intermediate school, one and one-half spaces <br /> per teacher plus one space per administrative employee, in addition <br /> to any areas for loading and unloading of pupils. <br /> 17.20.020(D) (7) <br /> Where there is no fixed seating set, the standard shall be <br /> one space per twenty-one square feet of seating area. <br /> 17.20.020(E) (4) <br /> For other cOIT@ercial amusements where there is no fixed <br /> seating, the standard shall be one space per twenty-one square feet <br /> of seating area. <br /> 17.20.020(H) <br /> For uses not specified, the number of required parking <br /> spaces shall be specified by the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Louisville with the consent of the Planning Commission, <br /> based upon usage, square footage and other criteria as set forth ln <br /> this chapter. <br /> Section 12. Section 17.20.060, Section 17.20.090(B) and <br /> Section 17.36.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 13. The following sub-sections shall be added to <br /> Section 17.20.090, Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.20.090(B) <br /> Other required parking spaces shall be located in the same <br /> zone or a zone which is less restrictive in use and shall be located <br /> no further than 300 feet from the building or use they are required <br /> to serve, measured in a straight line from the building. <br /> Section 14. 17.20.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br /> shall be repealed. <br /> Section 15. The following section shall be added to <br /> Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.20.100 Parking Spaces Not to Be Used <br /> For Storage or Advertising <br /> Required parking spaces shall be available for the parking <br /> of operable passenger autonobiles of residents, customers, patrons, <br /> -3- <br />
