Section ll. The following sub-sections shall be added to Section 17.20.020, Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.20.020(D) (3) For a preschool nursery, daycare school, kindergarten, elementary school or intermediate school, one and one-half spaces per teacher plus one space per administrative employee, in addition to any areas for loading and unloading of pupils. 17.20.020(D) (7) Where there is no fixed seating set, the standard shall be one space per twenty-one square feet of seating area. 17.20.020(E) (4) For other cOIT@ercial amusements where there is no fixed seating, the standard shall be one space per twenty-one square feet of seating area. 17.20.020(H) For uses not specified, the number of required parking spaces shall be specified by the Director of Community Development of the City of Louisville with the consent of the Planning Commission, based upon usage, square footage and other criteria as set forth ln this chapter. Section 12. Section 17.20.060, Section 17.20.090(B) and Section 17.36.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. Section 13. The following sub-sections shall be added to Section 17.20.090, Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.20.090(B) Other required parking spaces shall be located in the same zone or a zone which is less restrictive in use and shall be located no further than 300 feet from the building or use they are required to serve, measured in a straight line from the building. Section 14. 17.20.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. Section 15. The following section shall be added to Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.20.100 Parking Spaces Not to Be Used For Storage or Advertising Required parking spaces shall be available for the parking of operable passenger autonobiles of residents, customers, patrons, -3-
