Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 7, 2011 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br /> <br />Tofte agreed with the energy audit. <br />Lewis stated the one thing the HPC should not require is a HAZMAT report. <br />Stewart added there should be an intensive level survey required. <br />Update and Demolition Request – Rod and Gun Club <br />Stewart stated this type of request should come with a PUD. He added it appears to be <br />speculative. He continued by stating the City of Louisville should not allow this building <br />to be scraped for speculation. He also believes there was a previous use of federal <br />funds that would result in the need of a Section 106 review. <br />Fasick reiterated the thoughts on the need for a Section 106 if federal funds were used. <br />Committee Reports - none <br />Update on Demolition Requests – none <br />Discussion/Comments on Planning Department Referrals – none <br />Updates – none <br />Items from Staff – Library Program in May <br />Stewart stated he had asked Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator, if the HPC could <br />provide a program at the Library’s program in May.
