3.Support redevelopment of the former aggregate industries site <br />(DE-LO) <br />A. <br /> To the extent appropriate, use resources to assist redevelopment team, e.g. <br />facilitate conversations and meetings, provide information. <br />B. <br /> Facilitate a redesign of the RTD parking lot to meet the needs of RTD as <br />well as the property rights of the land owner, minimizing the acquisition <br />costs of the property. <br />C. <br /> Schedule regular progress updates to LRC. <br />4.Coordinate with RTD to help plan for the Northwest Rail <br />FasTracks station in the Revitalization Area <br />A. <br /> Design, fund, and construct underpass of railroad for split station design <br />(see 2B above) <br />B. <br /> Include a traffic signal at Short Street for access to FasTracks parking <br />(see C. iv. 3. above) <br />C. <br />Continue to work with RTD to promote good station design, recognizing <br />the property rights of the land owner. <br />D. <br />Support the completion of the entire FasTracks project as approved by the <br />voters in 2004. <br />
