RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SERIES 2011 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />(SRU) TO ALLOW ALTAN ALMA ORGANIC TO OPERATE OUTDOOR VENDING <br />OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AT 611 FRONT STREETIN THE COMMERCIAL <br />COMMUNITY (CC) ZONE DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, <br />there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) to allow Altan Alma Organic to <br />operate outdoor vending of agricultural products at 611 Front Street in the Commercial <br />Community (CC) zone district; and <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City Staff has reviewed the SRU application and found it to <br />comply with Louisville zoning regulations, required general and specific design <br />standards as set forth in Section 17.42.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code, the special <br />review use criteria as set forth in Section 17.40.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code, <br />and other applicable requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />after a duly noticed public hearing on June 9, 2011, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Report dated June 9, 2011,the Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the SRU to the City Council with the following conditions: <br />1. The proposed temporary structures may not be constructed until a Floodplain <br />Development Permit is obtained by the Board of Adjustment. <br />2. The applicant shall construct a pedestrian access, from the alley parking lot to the <br />pedestrian mall, along the south side of the property. <br />3. Each tenant shall first obtain a business license from the City of Louisville and a <br />license from the Boulder County Department of Health prior to operation. <br />4. No electrical service, gas lines, water lines, personal generators nor heating <br />sources will be permitted for the temporary structures. <br />5. The temporary structures shall be built to the standards established in the <br />International Building Code (IBC) and will require approval of a building permit <br />obtained from the City of Louisville Building Division. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) <br />to allow Altan Alma Organic to operate outdoor vending of agricultural products at 611 <br />Front Street in the CC zone district with the following conditions: <br />1.
