The applicant shall construct a pedestrian access, from the alley parking lot to the <br />pedestrian mall, along the south side of the property. <br />3. Each tenant shall first obtain a business license from the City of Louisville and a <br />license from the Boulder County Department of Health prior to operation. <br />4. No electrical service, gas lines, water lines, personal generators nor heating <br />sources will be permitted for the temporary structures. <br />5.
