<br /> Section 8. Ordinance Irrepealable. After the bonds <br />are issued, this Ordinance shall be and remain irrepealable <br />until the bonds and the int~erest thereon shall have been fully <br />paid, satisfied and discharged. <br /> Section 9 . Severability. Should any one or more <br />sections or provisions of this Ordinance be judicially determined <br />invalid or unenforceable, sllch determination shall not affect, <br />impair or invalidate the remaining provisions hereof, the inten- <br />tion being that the various provisions hereof are severable. <br /> Section 10. Recording and Authentication. This Ordi- <br />nance, immediately on its passage shall be recorded in the City <br />Book of Ordinances kept for that purpose, authenticated by the <br />signatures of the Mayor and Clerk and shall be published as <br />required by law. <br /> Section 11. Emergency Provision.
