<br /> It was th'ereupon moved by Council Member Cussen <br />and seconded by Council Member Ferrera that the foregoing <br />Ordinance, read in full at this meeting as aforesaid, be passed on <br />first reading and be publ i she,d in full in the Louisville Times, a <br />newspaper of general circulation published in the City, in its <br />issue of June 2, 1982, and that said Ordinance, after its publi- <br />cation as aforesaid, be considered for final passage at a regular <br />meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, June 15, 1982. <br /> The question being upon the adoption of said motion, <br />the roll was called with the following result: <br /> Those voting YES: I"'1eier, Fauson, Cussen, Ferrera, Leary, Morris <br /> M Absent; Cummings . <br /> ayor: Norbert Me~er <br /> Council Members: Donald Cummings <br /> Michael Cussen <br /> Herman Fauson <br /> Dennis Ferrera <br /> John Leary <br /> Susan Morris <br /> Those voting NO: - 0 - <br /> 6 members of the City Council having voted in favor <br />of said motion, the presiding officer thereupon declared the <br />motion carried and that the Ordinance was passed on first reading. <br /> Thereupon, after consideration of other business to come <br />before the Council, the meeting was adjourned. <br />( SEA L ) ~ ;J,~~ <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ch~ //;'- ~/~~ <br /> City erk <br /> - 1 1 - <br />
