;:' ORDINANCE NO. 769 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF TITLE 16, AND TITLE 17 OF THE LO ISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATIVE TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS, NON-CONFORMING US S AND STRUCTURES, SPECIAL REVIEW USES, ZO ING AMENDMENTS, AND ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR MINOR SUBDIVISIONS. WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain modifications should be made to the zoning and subdivision ordinances of the City of Louisville; and, WHE REAS , the proposed modifications have been presented to and approved by t e Planning Commission of the City of Louisville. REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILL , COLORADO: Section I. Sections 17.28.020 (B) , 17.28.030, 17.28.040, 17.28.050 (B) , 7.28.060 (B) , 17.28.080 (B) , 17.28.100, 17.28.130, 17.28.140, 17.28. 60 (A) , 17.28.160 (C) , 17.28.160 (F) , 17.28.170 (B) , 17.28.180 (B) , I .28.190, 17.28.200 (A) , 17.28.220 are hereby repealed. Section 2. The following sections shall be added to Chapter 17.28 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.28.020 (B) The yar and bulk requirements stated in section 17.12.040 shall apply to ap lications under this chapter, except for those requirements spec fically waived in the planned unit development plan approved hereunde . 17.28.020 (C) A Plann Development will not be allowed in residential zones for propert es of less than one acre. 17.28.030 ypes of Planned Unit Developments-Overlays. The fol owing types of Planned Unit Developments may be established by ov rlaying a PUD Development Plan over the applicable existing zoning d'strict or districts. The overlays are as follows: l. -R Planned Residential District over A, R-E, R-R, R-L, R-M, and R-H Districts; 2. PUD C Planned Commercial District over C-N, C-C, C-B and 0 Districts;
