I the special review use is not in substantial <br />operation withi one year after the approval given, the planning <br />commission, the City Council, or the city staff may initiate proceed- <br />ings to review special review use. Said review shall occur in <br />the same manner as review for the initial approval of the special <br />review use and review, the special review use may be <br />revoked or the imits of the development schedule set forth therein <br />may be extended. <br /> Secti n 7. Sections 17.44.030 (C) , 17.44.070 of the <br />Louisville Muni ipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> n 8. The following Sections shall be added to <br />Chapter Title l7 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> l7.44.030 ( C) <br /> C. planning corrmission within 30 days following the <br />public hearing r within such time as is mutually agreed upon by the <br />planning commission and the applicant, shall either recommend approval <br />of the application, approval with modifications, or denial of the <br />application, with said recommendation of the planning commission <br />being transmit ed to the City Council. <br /> Approval of Amendment to Zoning Map. <br /> In g anting an amendment to the zoning map, upon the <br />application by property owner for such rezoning, the City Council <br />may require th dedication of additional street rights-of-way where <br />the nature of he proposed development warrants increased street <br />width; and the Council may require permanent screen strips or other <br />devices to min'mize conflict with residential land use. <br /> Sect'on 9. The following Sections are hereby added to <br />Chapter l6.l2 f Title l6 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 16.l2.ll0 Minor Subdivision Procedure <br /> (A) A Subdivider may apply through the minor subdivision <br />procedure by s bmitting all the applications and information required <br />in this title or consideration of a subdivision.
