<br /> 17.28.050 (B) <br /> All co ercially zoned areas and office zoned areas must be <br />developed -C District. <br /> 17.28.060 (B) <br /> All ind strial areas must be developed as PUD- I District. <br /> 17.28.080 (B) <br /> In PUD- and PUD-I Districts, lot coverage, including <br />structures and ha d surface areas, shall not exceed 75% of the total <br />area. <br /> 17.28.130 Application Procedure <br /> The pro edure set out in section 17.28.140 through 17.28.230 <br />shall be required for all Planned Unit Development. <br /> I .28.140 preapplication Conference <br /> A preap lication conference shall be held with a person <br />authorized by the City in order for the applicant to become acquainted <br />with the Planned nit Development procedures and related City require- <br />ments, to obtain written list of what the application shall include, <br />and to obtain cop es of any guidelines or ordinance interpretations. <br /> I .28.160 Application - Submission <br /> A. An pplicant shall make application to the City for <br />approval of the Panned Unit Development. The applicant shall <br />accompany his app ication with a preliminary development plan as speci- <br />fied in this sect on. <br /> C. The preliminary development plan map shall contain the <br />following informa ion: <br /> l. The existing topographic character of the land <br /> at a co tour interval of two feet if the slope lS less <br /> than te percent (spot elevations may be required if <br /> land is too flat for contours), and five feet where the <br /> slope 1 greater than ten percent; <br /> -3- <br />
