From t'me to time the Planning Commission shall compare the actual dev lopment accomplished in the various planned unit develop- ments previous approved with the development schedule and the development pl n of the project. If the owner or owners of the property in Planned Unit Development have failed to meet the approved devel pment schedule, or development plan and any supplement- ary agreements the City Council, the Planning Commission, or the City Staff may initiate proceedings to review the previously approved finaldevelopm Said review shall occur in the same manner as review of t e final development plan in section 17.28.190, and upon such revi w, the Planned Unit Development Plan may be revoked or the limits f the development schedule may be extended. B. The ci y Council may require adequate assurance, in a form and manne which it approves, that the common open space shown in the final deve opment plan will be provided and developed. Section 3.
