Section 6. The following sections shall be added to Chapter l7.40 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: l7.40.020 Application - Form - Contents An a plication for approval of a special review use may be filed by the 0 ner of the property for which the special review use is requested and shall be made on a form provided by the City. The application must include: A. complete site plan showing the major details of the proposed development, consisting of the location of buildings and structures, off-street parking and loading areas, service and refuse areas, means of ingress and egress, major landscaping or screening proposals, sig s, and pedestrian areas; B. time schedule for development; C. Such other information as the planning comrnision requires by written rule; D. other information the applicant believes will support his request; E. ccom]anying the application shall be a filing fee which shall be one-h If of the zoning amendment fee. Application - Planning Commission Review The lanning Commission shall review the application filed for a special use and submit a recommendation to City Council with respect said application. .40.050 Application - Approval or Denial a complet,e application is received by the City, the Planning Commi sion after giving notice, shall hold a public hearing concerning sai application. The planning commission, within 30 days of the public earing, shall either recommend approval of said application in whole or in part, with or without modifications and conditions, or recommend deni 1 of the application. Any such recommendation shall be referred City Council for final action.
