<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />NOVEMBER 9, 2006 <br />Page 7 of 9 <br /> <br />Deborski inquired if the size of the unit would be regulated. <br /> <br />Wood stated that it would not. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments: <br />Sheets, Hartman, Dalton, Pritchard and McA vinew all stated that they support the request. <br /> <br />Loo stated that she could not support the request because it is too ambiguous. <br /> <br />Lipton stated that he supports the request and would request the addition of a condition to revise <br />the Design Standards and Guidelines on how to implement the ordinance. <br /> <br />Deborski stated that he supports the concept of the ordinance but would like to see a clarification <br />as to the exceptions. <br /> <br />Lipton moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 31, Series 2006 a <br />resolution recommending to the Louisville City Council an ordinance that amends the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, establishing Section 17.34 which will govern the collection and storage of <br />Refuse and Recycling Areas with two conditions: <br />1) The ordinance is to apply to residential multi-family, commercial and industrial <br />structures. <br />2) Staff is to update the current Commercial and Industrial Guidelines to implement the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Lipton y <br />Chris Pritchard Y <br />Susan S.
