She likes Option 'B' for the <br />architecture element. <br /> <br />Lipton stated it is difficult to blend a residential and commercial area. He would like to see a <br />simpler fa<;ade, less glazing. <br /> <br />Lipton requested the Commissioners discussion Option A and B and other points to give the <br />applicant direction for the final: revise the architectural elevations to reflect a reduction of those <br />elements which made the building appear too 'modernistic' and 'busy'; revisions would modify <br />the amount of glazing and the design of the roof elements. <br /> <br />Dalton moved and McAvinew seconded a motion to approve Resolution No.2, Series 2007 as <br />presented by staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Lipton y <br />Chris Pritchard Y <br />Susan S.
