Conference Room <br />6:45 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Mark Persichetti called the meeting to order at <br />6:45pm. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mark Persichetti, Billy O'Donnell, Laura Page, <br />Jenny Braus, Beth Armbruster, Richard Smith <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Brian Wong <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Scott Robson <br /> <br />City Council Members Present: Dave Clabots <br /> <br />Guests Present: <br /> <br />Doug Grinbergs <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - The agenda was approved by all members; decision <br />made to shift agenda items as presented below. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes - January 8,2007 minutes were approved. <br /> <br />Public Comments - Doug's commented are incorporated in discussion items <br />below. <br /> <br />Introduction of New Board Member - Richard Smith was welcomed as new <br />LRCAB member. <br /> <br />Election of Officers - Mark Persichetti was re-elected as Chair; Beth <br />Armbruster will serve as Vice Chair. Secretary position will be shared by all <br />members (except Chair) with each member serving as secretary twice <br />throughout the year.
