. .", OHDINANCE NO. 656 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE ONE OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE DIVIDING TERRITORY HECENTLY ANNEXED INTO WARDS AND REAPPOHTIONING THE EXISTING WARDS. WHEREAS, there has been territory annexed to the City of Louisville since the last municipal election; WHEREAS, the said territory must become a part of one of the wards of the City of Louisville; WHEREAS, the existing wards of the City of Louisville must be reapportioned in order to meet Constitutional requirements. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Sections 1.20.020, 1.20.030 and 1.20.040, Chapter 1.20, Title I of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. Section 2. The following sections are hereby added to Chapter 1.20, Title I of the Louisville Municipal Code: 1. 20.020 Ward I . Ward I is that area within the City of Louisville that lies North of a line described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Continental View Drive and South Boulder Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of South Boulder Road to the Centerline of Via Appia; thence Southerly along the centerline of Via Appia to the North line of Parkwood Subdivision; thence Easterly along the North line of Parkwood Subdivision to the East line of Parkwood Subdivision; thenee Southerly along the East line of Parkwood Subdivision to the centerline of Lafayette Street; thence Easterly along the center- line of Lafayette Street to the centerline of Main Street; thence Northerly along the centerline of Main Street to the centerline of Gr:Lffi th Street; thence Easterly along the centerline of Griffith Street extended to the Eastern most City Limit line of Louisville. 1. 20.030 Ward 2 Ward 2 is that area within the City that lies between the line described as the South line of Ward I and the North line of Ward 3.
