. aUI 1.20.040 Ward 3 Ward 3 is that area within the City that lies South of a line described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of South 80th Street and South Boulder Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of South Boulder Road to the West line of Parco DelIo Zingaro; thence Southerly along the West line of Parco DelIo Zingaro and the West line of Parkwood Subdivision extended to the centerline of Spruce Street; thence Easterly along the centerline of Spruce Street to the centerline of the Colorado and Southern Railroad; thence Southerly along the centerline of the Colorado and Southern Railroad to the centerline of Pine Street; thence Easterly along the centerline of Pine Street and Empire Drive to the East City Limits of Louisville and also those parts within the City lying West of South 80th Street and East of South l04th Street. Section 3. The City Council finds that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety and that an emergency exists because of the following: That the next municipal election is scheduled for November 6, 1979, and that to conform to Constitutional standards of equal apportion- ment of Wards, it is necessary to make immediate adjustments to the Ward designations of the City; that said adjustments will result in an approximately equal apportionment of voters in each Ward.
