<br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING REGULATIONS
<br /> FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGEMENT,
<br /> ALTERATION, REPAIR, MOVING, REMOVAL,
<br /> CONVERSION, DEMOLITION, OCCUPANCY,
<br /> EQUIPMENT, USE, HEIGHT, AREA, AND
<br /> MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS OR STRUCT-
<br /> URES IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE,
<br /> COLORADO; ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
<br /> THERETO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE,
<br /> 1979 EDITION, PUBLISHED BY THr--
<br /> INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BUILDING
<br /> OFFICIALS, WITH THE AMENDMENTS AND
<br /> DELETIONS T'HERETO AS SET OUT HEREIN.
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has
<br /> made a thorough study of the 1979 edition of the Uniform Building
<br /> Code; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the same
<br /> should be adopted with certain amendments and deletions as set out
<br /> herein;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. Sections l5.04.010, 15.04.020, 15.04.050,
<br /> l5.04.060, 15.04.070, 15.04.080, 15.04.090, 15.04.110 and 15.05.120
<br /> of Chapter 15.04 Title l5 of the Louisville Municipal Code are
<br /> hereby repealed. The following sections are hereby added to
<br /> Chapter 15.04, Title l5 of the Louisville Municipal Code:
<br /> 15.04.010 Adopted
<br /> Pursuant to Chapter 31, Article 16, Colorado Revised
<br /> Statutes, 1973, as amended, is hereby adopted as a part of the
<br /> Louisville Municipal Code and as the Building Code of the City of
<br /> Louisville, by reference thereto, the Uniform Building Code, 1979
<br /> Edition, as amended and deleted herein, published by the Inter-
<br /> national Conference of Building Officials, 5360 Workman Mill Road,
<br /> Whittier, California, to have the same force and effect as if set
<br /> forth herein in every particular. The subject matter of the
<br /> adopted code includes comprehensive provisions and standards
<br /> regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration,
