The 29 street area is driven by the anchors of King <br />Soopers and Walgreens. The traffic of the large generators helps <br />support the smaller retail spaces. Streets of SouthGlenn has well <br />designed and shares parking with RTD. It is adjacent to a light rail <br />station. It is viable due to a large trip generator on site (Wall <br />Mart).
