propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation and the Commissionshall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provisions of these bylaws, the Commissionshall not carry on any other activity not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding provisions of any future federal Internal Revenue Code law), or by (b) a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under Section 170(c)(2), of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding provisions of any future federal Internal Revenue Code law). The corporation shall not issue any shares of stock nor shall the corporation make any loans to its membersor officers. Section 4 Dissolution. –Upon dissolution or final liquidation of the Commission, the Board of Directors shall, after paying or making provision for the payment of all of the liabilities of the Commission,dispose of all of the Commissionassets to such organization or organizations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, civic, or scientific purposes, as shall at the time qualify as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding provisions of any future federal Internal Revenue Code law). Any such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of bythe district court for the county in which the principal office of its registered agent is located, or, if the Councilhas no registered agent, the district court of the City and County of Denver, Colorado exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations, as said court shall determine, that are formed and operated exclusively for such purposes. Section 5Purchasing Policies –All 501(c)(3) funds shallbe spent in accordance with City of Louisville purchasing policies. Section 6Non-Discrimination –All 501(c)(3) funds shallbe spent in accordance with the non-discrimination rules , including without limitationthe City's policy not to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, color, ageover 40 years, national origin, sexual orientation, genetic information,disability, military status or any other status protected by applicable law. This policy applies to all aspects of the provision of municipal services.
