' <br />Terri motioned to approve the agenda. Walt seconded the motion, all in. favor. The motion to <br />approve the January minutes passed unanimously: <br />Post Office Box 471 Boulder, Colorado 80306 (303) 441 -3929 <br />TDD Colorado Relay 1- 800 - 659 - 2656 <br />Matters from Members of the Public ** ; <br />Two matters were brought up -by a. resident in attendance: <br />1) The emergency situation at LM when emergency personnel come at late hours: <br />Emergency responders are unclear of how to get in the building and of whom they are <br />here to see. This applies to paramedics, fire, and police. There is an after -hours lock box <br />but emergency responders don't seem to be aware of it Walt suggested that we talk to <br />Mike Schick about this Steve asked if this is why locks are taped shut — Karen said that <br />this is because those locks are not needed/operational. Sheri offered that a call to the <br />Police and Fire chiefs could solve this issue — Chuck said that he would follow up on this <br />
