2) Parking — tenants are told that they do not own the space they park in and it is not assigned to them, but people tend to pick a spot and call it their own. New tenants are told to park anywhere they want - they then do that thinking that it is ok, but existing tenants will then tell them they are parking in someone else's spot. What can be done to let people know "definitively that they do not own these spaces? As people's basic needs are not met, their other problems multiply. We feel strong and determined to face challenges, . but it will be tough for at least the next two years.
