<br /> . 'L <br /> Section 5. The following sub-sections shall be added to <br />Section 16.08, Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.08.020(6) <br /> 6. "Comprehensive Development Plan" means the comprehensive <br />development plan for the City which has been officially adopted to <br />provide long range development policies for the City and which includes <br />among 0 ther things, the plan for land use, land subdivision, circu- <br />lation, public facilities, the adopted comprehensive development plan <br />map and text, and other elements to be adopted from time to time. <br /> 16.08.020(19) <br /> 19. "Improvements" means all facilities constructed or <br />erected by subdivider wi "thin any subdivision to permit and facilitate <br />the use of lots or blocks for a principal residential, business or <br />industrial purpose. Improvements shall include all facilities listed <br />in Chapter 16.20. <br /> 16.08.020 (44) <br /> 44. "Street Trees" means those trees provided under section <br />16.20.020(H) of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> Section 6. Sub-sections B, C, and G of Section 16.12.030 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 7. The following subsectiona shall be added to <br />Section 16.12.030, Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.12.030(B) <br /> The agency shall have 20 days from the date they receive <br />a copy of the plat to review and return the plat to the City <br />Administrator's office. All comments relative to the above referenced <br />plat shall be returned at that time. <br /> 16.12.030(C) <br /> The preliminary plat shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission and a public hearing shall be held on said plat. Notice <br />of the time and place of the public hearing shall be sent as required <br />by the statutes of the Sltate of Colorado. Additionally, notice of <br />the public hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general cir- <br />culation within the City at least five days prior to such hearing. <br /> 16.l2.030CGl <br /> Within 15 days after a preliminary plat is disapproved, or <br />approved with modifications, the subdivider may request in writing a <br />review before the Planning Commission. <br /> -2- <br />
