<br /> Section 8. Section l6.12.070(A) and 16.12.070(D) of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 9. The following sub-sections shall be added to <br />Section 16.12.070 of Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.12.070(A) <br /> Not more than 12 months after approval of the preliminary <br />plat, four to thirty-six copies of the final plat as required by the <br />City and any required supplemental material shall be presented by <br />subdivider to the City Administrator's office. The final plat must <br />be presented at least 21 days prior to the planning commission meet- <br />ing after which said pIa 1: shall be reviewed. <br /> 16.12.070(D) <br /> The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing upon <br />said final plat, giving notice as required for a preliminary plat, <br />and shall approve, disapprove, or approve the final plat with modifi- <br />cations and submit the plat together with the commission's recommenda- <br />tion in writing to the City Council. <br /> Section 10. Section 16.16.030(P) of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 11. The following sub-section shall be added to <br />Section 16.16.030 of Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.16.030(P) <br /> Alleys, easements and fire lanes shall be as follows: <br /> l. Alleys, open at both ends, shall be provided in <br /> commercial and industrial areas, except that this <br /> requirement may be waived or other provisions are <br /> made and approved for service access; <br /> 2. If alleys are provided, they shall be paved; <br /> 3. Easements for utili ties shall be 16 feet wide, <br /> 8 feet of which shall be on each side of common <br /> rear lot lines where said lines abutt. On perimeter <br /> rear lots, easement width shall be 10 feet or more. <br /> Side lot easements, where necessary shall be five <br /> feet in width; <br /> 4. Where a subdivision is traversed by a water <br /> course, drainage way, channel or stream, there shall <br /> -3- <br />
