The following section shall be added to <br />Chapter 16.28, Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.28.040 Review of Previously Approved Plats <br /> In the event no subdivision agreement has been executed, <br />no construction of required improvements initiated or no building <br />permits issued within 12 months after final approval of the sub- <br />division plat, City Councilor Planning Commission may call for a <br />review. Upon a properly advertised public hearing, and notice given <br />to the subdivider, approval of the subdivision plat may be revoked <br />or the previous approval may be modified to include additional <br />conditions. <br /> Section 17. Section 16.32.020(B) of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 18. The following subsection shall be added to <br />Section 16.32.020, Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.32.020(B) <br /> The petition shall be accompanied by four to thirty-six <br />copies of a map, said number to be set by the City, showing the area <br />proposed for annexation. <br /> Section 19. Sections 16.32.030(A) and 16. 3 2 . 0 3 0 (G) of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 20. The following subsections shall be added to <br />Section 16.32.030, Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.32.030(A) <br /> The comprehensive development plan of the City of Louisville <br />will be considered in determining whether an annexation will be <br />approved. <br /> 16.32.030(G) <br /> All water rights which have historically served the property <br />proposed to be annexed shall be assigned and deeded to the City. At <br />the option of the City, cash shall be paid to the City in lieu of the <br />dedication of the historical water rights. <br /> Section 21. Sections 17.08.025, 17.08.060, 17.08.080, 17.08.180, <br />17.08.285, 17.08.375, 17,.08.435, 17.08.600 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code are hereby repealed. <br /> -5- <br />
