<br /> ~ II: <br /> i <br /> ,;' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 705 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A CHAPTER l7.60 <br /> OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br /> ALLOWING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY <br /> USE PERMITS <br /> WHEREAS, various developments within the City may be best <br /> served with the issuance of a "Temporary Use Permit", allowing a use <br /> not normally allowed with a particular zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, it will be in the City's best interest to allow <br /> the City Council to issue said permits after proper review. <br /> NON, THEREFORE " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section l. That the following Chapter 17.60 is hereby <br /> added to the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.60 Temporary Use Permit <br /> 17.60.0l0 Purpose and Authority <br /> Although certain uses are specifically allowed within <br /> any specific zoning district within the City, during the course of <br /> development of various areas, the City Council may issue temporary <br /> use permits in any zone for a use not normally allowed in the parti- <br /> cular district. A permit shall be issued only after an applicant <br /> demonstrates that adequate provisions are made for traffic control <br /> and traffic movement, Semi tary facilities, adequate water supply, <br /> fire protection access, and clean-up and removal upon termination <br /> of the permit. <br /> 17.60.020 Application - Form - Contents <br /> An application for approval of a Temporary Use Permit <br /> shall be filed with the zoning administrator by the applicant and/or <br /> the landowner and shall be made on a form provided by the City. The <br /> application must include: <br /> (a) The name and address of the applicant; <br /> (b) The name and address of the owner of the <br /> property and, if the application is not <br /> signed by the owner, a letter and consent <br /> for such use signed by the owner; <br /> (c) A detailed explanation of the use requested; <br /> (d) The length of time the use is to be permitted; <br /> (e) The exact location of the proposed use, <br /> including a proposed site plan; <br /> ( f) An acknowledgement of the current zoning 0 f <br /> the proposed site plan; <br />
