<br /> ~ II <br /> , \ <br /> \ <br /> / <br /> l g) A site map showing the nearest fire <br /> hydrant and the number of fire hydrants <br /> located within 1,0UO feet of the proposed <br /> site; <br /> (h) Evidence of liability for the proposed use, <br /> and of a performance bond, if such a bond is <br /> required by the City. <br /> All applications shall be accompanied with an administrative <br /> fee in an amount established by Planning Commission Resolution. <br /> 17.60.030 ReVlew and Recommendation <br /> Upon receipt of a temporary use application, it shall be <br /> forwarded to the Director of Community Development who will review <br /> the application and makE~ a written recommendation to the City Co-ncil <br /> and Planning Commission relative to the proposed use. A copy of this <br /> recommendation shall be supplied to the applicant at least five <br /> days prior to considerat:ion by Planning Commission. <br /> 17.60.040 Approval or Denial <br /> Within thirty days of receiving the written recommendation <br /> of the Director of Community Development, the Planning Commission <br /> shall review the proposal and make a recommendation thereon to City <br /> Council. Upon receiving[ the recommendation of Planning Commission, <br /> the City Council shall schedule and hold a public hearing on the <br /> application. The City Council, within thirty days of the public <br /> hearing, shall either grant the application in whole or in part, with <br /> or without mOdifications and/or conditions or deny the application. <br /> All approvals of an application shall specifically set forth the time <br /> to be allowed the use. Nothing in this procedure shall be construed <br /> as requiring City Council to grant any use, which in the opinion of <br /> the Council would not be in the best interests of the City or would <br /> constitute a danger to the heal th , welfare, and safety of the citizens <br /> of the ci ty. <br /> 17.60.050 compliance with Existing Standards <br /> All uses as approved in compliance with this chapter must <br /> -2- <br />
