All applications shall be accompanied with an administrative fee in an amount established by Planning Commission Resolution. 17.60.030 ReVlew and Recommendation Upon receipt of a temporary use application, it shall be forwarded to the Director of Community Development who will review the application and makE~ a written recommendation to the City Co-ncil and Planning Commission relative to the proposed use. A copy of this recommendation shall be supplied to the applicant at least five days prior to considerat:ion by Planning Commission. 17.60.040 Approval or Denial Within thirty days of receiving the written recommendation of the Director of Community Development, the Planning Commission shall review the proposal and make a recommendation thereon to City Council. Upon receiving[ the recommendation of Planning Commission, the City Council shall schedule and hold a public hearing on the application. The City Council, within thirty days of the public hearing, shall either grant the application in whole or in part, with or without mOdifications and/or conditions or deny the application. All approvals of an application shall specifically set forth the time to be allowed the use. Nothing in this procedure shall be construed as requiring City Council to grant any use, which in the opinion of the Council would not be in the best interests of the City or would constitute a danger to the heal th , welfare, and safety of the citizens of the ci ty. 17.60.050 compliance with Existing Standards All uses as approved in compliance with this chapter must -2-
