<br />~.- <br />- - <br />. . <br /> <br />Louisville Housing Authority <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. <br />Sunnyside Community Room <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Terri Abbott, Scott McKenzie, Callan Childs, Doris <br />Fasbender <br /> <br />Alternate Commissioner Present: Steve Underhill <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Susan Grutzmacher, Administrative <br />Technician; Lisa Bangs, Finance Manager <br /> <br />Others Present: Sheri Marsella, City Council Liaison; Paul Woods, City of Louisville Planning <br />Director; Sean McCartney, City of Louisville Principal Planner; Justin, RMCS LLC <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair. <br /> <br />Motion to approve minutes after the following errors were corrected: Justin attended the <br />February 2ih meeting; Rick's last name was incorrect and should be Brew <br />Susan to correct minutes and packet in the file room at BCHA. <br /> <br />Agenda for March 20th meeting passed and approved. <br /> <br />Matter from Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Directors Report: Frank Alexander <br /> <br />Frank announced staffing changes: Marty Baker will be retiring March 23, 2007. Marty has <br />served the Housing Authority for 27.5 years and will be honored at a retirement party on March <br />21 from 4-6pm. All Commissioners are encouraged to attend. Sally Vigil will be taking over <br />Marty's position as lead property manager and moving to the main office in Boulder. Ramona <br />Acosta was hired to take over Sally's properties in Longmont. She is bilingual and was <br />previously a commercial leasing agent with Storage Tek. She is also a native of Lafayette. <br />Dorene Honeycutt's last day was March 16,2007; she has accepted a position with NIST. <br />Currently we are interviewing for her position. Susan Grutzmacher has been hired as the new <br />Admin Tech. Becky Meyer was hired as a new FTE Housing Counselor to promote the <br />foreclosure prevention efforts and to enhance service delivery for first-time homebuyers. Kristin <br />Durso was hirtJ to replu\.:c JoJi.
