Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />NOTE: <br />Stewart returned to the meeting. <br />Pre-filing conference –1008 Lafarge Avenue <br />Stewart stated the purpose of the pre-filling conference is to answer any questions the <br />applicant might have. He requested the applicant to introduce himself. <br />Mike Sheppard stated he is the property owner of 1008 Lafarge Ave and he maintains <br />the home as arental. He had stopped by City Hall and was able to visit with Mr. <br />McCartney. At the time he learned about the possible program and what some of the <br />things are offered. He would like more information about the process and what his next <br />steps should be. Hestated he has already visited the CarnegieLibrary and obtain some <br />of history of the property. He has a photo of the home in 1948 and photos as the house <br />is today. <br />Stewart provided a general outline of the program. <br /> <br />
