Louisville Sustainability Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes:Wednesday, June15, 2011 <br />City Hall,749 Main Street, Spruce Room <br />I. Call to Order: <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Cullen Choi at 18:32. Minutes were <br />taken by Mary Ann Heaney. <br />II. Approval of Current-Meeting’s Agenda: <br />The agenda was unanimously approved. <br />IV. Approval of Feb Meeting Minutes: <br />The minutes were unanimously approved with no <br />changes. <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />None. <br />VILiaison report Boulder County Resource Conservation Advisory Board <br />.(Mark <br />Persichetti) –Mark provided a detailed summary of the purpose and activities of the Board. <br />Details are provided in his handout (attached) Additional information can be found at the <br />board’s webpage; minutes can be found there for the past five years. <br />VII.Website Design Update (Arno, Ted) <br />Ted said that they had made a good startinupdating the website. Meredyth Muth, Public <br />Relations Manager for the city, has taken the revisions Arno provided andmade the <br />information conform to Louisville’swebpage. Cullen asked Arno and Ted what they <br />envisioned for content. Arno said topics such as the one Annie developed for composting <br />guidelines. Andy suggested that all additions be brought to the board for review and <br />approval prior to posting. It was decided that the topic be left as a standing item on each <br />meeting’s agenda for brief review then forwarding to Meredythfor addition to the LSAB site. <br />Meredyth can incorporate graphics, but the webpage is verybare bones with capabilities of <br />text/picture/text only. <br />Arno said he had added several topics and tied together multiple scattered areas. He <br />wondered if citizens could find some of the articleswithout a direct link. He added that he <br />had asked Meredyth if a direct link could be inserted and she said no. Annie disagreed and <br />said it could be done. There was a discussion of the limitations of the system and whether <br />they could be overcome. <br />VIII.Contribution to Next Community Update(Arno) <br />Arno said he thought this contribution should be the composting article Annie prepared last <br />year.
