5. Markel Homes will continue to work with the City of Louisville to address concerns <br /> and questions and complete the analysis in the letter submitted from Tessara <br /> Water, LLC. to Ember Brignull on June 27, 2011 (see attached letter). <br /> 6. Markel Homes will continue to work with the City of Louisville to come to agreement <br /> on final design concept and goals. <br /> 7. Markel Homes will continue to work with the City of Louisville to develop an itemized <br /> estimate of probable cost for improvements occurring on Tract A Louisville Plaza <br /> Filing #2. <br /> 8. Markel Homes will continue to work with the City of Louisville to develop a schedule <br /> for: <br /> a. construction of improvements <br /> b. payments of improvements on Tract A Louisville Plaza Filing #2 <br /> 9.
