Staff recommends <br />the rear parking be reconfigured to allow better internal circulation. <br />The proposed setbacks conform to the required setbacks. <br /> <br /> <br />The project complies with the SRU criteria. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 11, Series 2011, a resolution <br />recommending approval of a special review use to allow a residential duplex addition <br />in a commercial neighborhood zone district that requires a special review use for a <br />multi-family residential unit at 1442 Main Street with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall orient the parking to face south to allow for better internal <br />circulation. <br />2. The applicant shall include draught tolerant landscaping, as well as rock <br />mulch, on the tree lawn along Main Street. <br />3.
