Stewart left council chambers. <br />Koertje assumed the chairmanship. <br />Koertje determined the applicant was not present. <br />Koertje stated the board did not have a quorum for this business item therefore he requested a <br />motion to continue to the July 18. <br />Poppitz moved and Fasick seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> Stewart returned to the meeting. <br /> <br />Pre-filing conference – 1008 Lafarge Avenue <br />Stewart stated the purpose of the pre-filling conference is to answer any questions the <br />applicant might have. He requested the applicant to introduce himself. <br />Mike Sheppard stated he is the property owner of 1008 Lafarge Ave and he maintains <br />the home as a rental. He had stopped by City Hall and was able to visit with Mr. <br />McCartney. At the time he learned about the possible program and what some of the <br />things are offered. He would like more information about the process and what his next <br />steps should be. He stated he has already visited the Carnegie Library and obtain some <br />of history of the property. He has a photo of the home in 1948 and photos as the house <br />is today. <br />Stewart provided a general outline of the program. <br /> <br />
