<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />APRIL 12, 2007 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br /> <br />Lipton granted permission. <br /> <br />Dalton asked if the complaints received fell within the bounds of the current ordinance and how <br />does the police department address the complaints. <br /> <br />Kingston stated the LMC offers others ways to address most of the complaints without the <br />language added by Ordinance 1397. <br /> <br />Pritchard stated if the City Council wants to repeal Ordinance 1397 then an ordinance needs to <br />be in place that can be enforced. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Dalton moved and McAvinew seconded to approve Resolution No.7, Series 2007, a resolution <br />recommending approval of Ordinance 1511, Series 2007 an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. <br />1397, Series 2002 and amending Section 17.20.160 of the Louisville Municipal Code pertaining <br />to the parking of trailers on private property. <br /> <br />Lipton offered a substitute motion and Pritchard seconded the motion to recommend disapproval <br />of Resolution No.7, Series 2007. <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Lipton Yes <br />Chris Pritchard Yes <br />Susan S.
