Facility Management: Alice Koerner
1. Jordinelli House project status and work plan: Alice Koerner is to send
Meredyth Muth a list of maintenance needs. A lock or fence may be needed for the Jordinelli House trash bin to prevent
neighbors from using it
3. The problem of the front steps being too high was discussed in regard to
making them more accessible; different possible solutions were discussed
4. Steel fencing that looks like wrought iron is lower in cost and may be an
option. It may be possible to bid the fencing around the Museum in
conjunction with the cemetery fencing that the Land Management
Department is doing.
5. New estimates for painting are needed.
