<br />1981 - Promoted to Pueblo County Engineer <br /> <br />Responsible for all aspects of managing an engineering office of <br />professional staff performing design, construction, maintenance and land <br />development reviews of county roads, bridges and drainage systems, <br />economic development projects, storm drainage infrastructure, and <br />coordinated sanitation district projects.
