Responsible to successfully negotiate the closing on a thirty-million-dollar <br />water acquisition among intergovernmental partners in which the city of <br />Greeley contributed fifteen million dollars. <br /> <br />. Responsible to successfully implement development impact fee system for <br />transportation, storm sewer, and trails. <br />. Successfully developed a new capital improvement projects management <br />system to oversee projects in excess of $250 million annually. <br /> <br />.
