Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Joint Meeting with the Town of Superior OSAC <br />Wednesday, August 1 Oth, 2011 <br />Superior Town Hall- Board Room <br />124 East Coal Creek Drive, Superior, CO 80027 <br />7:OOpm <br />I. CaII to Order — Vice Chairperson Justin McClure called the meeting to order <br />at 7:10 pm. <br />II. Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Alison Gorsevski, Spencer Guthrie, Justin <br />McClure, Helen Moshak, Mike Schantz, Linda Smith <br />Board Members Absent: David Waldman (resigned 6/11), Tom Davinroy <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull & Joe Stevens <br />II. Introductions <br />III. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />IV. Discussion Items <br />a. Board/Committee Involvement in Trail Planning and Review <br />• Discussion about the future Superior Town Center.
