Locating the pro-shop on the west side of the building and creating a front facing <br />gable on the new porch outside of the pro-shop helps to direct traffic to the larger west parking <br />lot. The rear deck has been expanded and a portion of it has been covered. A new private <br />meeting area and connected private deck have been added on the east side of the building. <br />A new ADA ramp has been added in front of the building and connects to both the dining room <br />entrance and the pro-shop entrance. The existing dumpster enclosure has been relocated <br />and a new golf cart turnaround has been constructed adjacent to the parking lot (golf carts are <br />not allowed in the parking lot). <br />Copies of the proposed schematic renovation plans and exterior renderings are included with <br />this report. <br />CCTE: <br />ONSTRUCTION OST AND IMELINE STIMATES <br />Estimates for the cost of construction and length of construction are included below. These <br />estimates are based on cost-per-square-foot numbers for similar scopes of work in similar <br />projects.
