There were no comments. <br /> <br />There was Council consensus on proceeding with the negotiations on the Project <br />Beta Business Incentive Proposal. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - TAKODA VILLAGE ANNEXATION AND ZONING <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light explained this is a public hearing for the Takoda Village <br />annexation and zoning and sU!;:Jgested Council conduct a combined public <br />hearing on Resolution No. 21, Series 2007, and Ordinances Nos. 1516 and <br />1517, Series 2007, to allow public comment on all three items. He read <br />Ordinance Nos. 1516, and 1517, Series 2007. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light requested the City Council, by motion, include the following <br />documents into the record for the Takoda Village Annexation and Zoning public <br />hearing: The annexation petition and annexation map; the annexation and zoning <br />applications; the proofs of publication and mailings for all notices and filings <br />required by the State Annexation Law and Municipal Code; the Annexation <br />Impact Report; all the written comments filed with the City; all materials contained <br />in the City Council Packets; the Citywide Comprehensive Plan; the City's Zoning <br />Ordinance in Title 17, and the City Annexation Standards in Chapter 16.32 of the <br />municipal code and any other public records located in the Planning Department <br />regarding the proposed annexation and zoning request. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing on Resolution No. 21, Series 2007 and <br />Ordinance Nos. 1516, and 1517, Series 2007. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to include all the documents requested by the City <br />Attorney in the public hearing, seconded by Council member Muckle. All in favor. <br /> <br />Planning Director Wood reviewed the Takoda annexation and zoning request. <br />Resolution No. 21, Series 2007', concludes all statutory requirements have been <br />met, and the property is eligiblE! for annexation under Colorado State law. The <br />parcel is an enclave located on the west side of Highway 42 with approximately <br />377 linear feet of frontage on Highway 42. It is a 32.40 acre parcel, currently <br />zoned Boulder County Rural Residential. The adjoining parcels were zoned to <br />PCZD in conjunction with the North Louisville Annexation. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1516, Series 2007, would annex the parcel to the City of <br />Louisville. The annexation request was submitted by petition, commencing a <br />voluntary annexation process with the City of Louisville. The subject property is <br />owned by Willis D. Hamm, and represented by Rick Brew and Dave Waldner <br />
