Approval of Sc)uthern Water Supply Project (SWSP) Pipeline Capacity Leasle Extension PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Robert Pierce, 1827 Eisenhower Drive, Louisville, CO addressed the City's Senior Property Tax Program. He stated the Senior Advisory Board's letter recommended Council adopt Ordinance 1515 with an amendment prohibiting seniors who are eligible for t~le State Homestead Rebate Program from applying for the City's rebate. He notE~d the June 19 summary did not reflect a roll call vote, or a motion made by Mayor Pro Tern Brown that the Senior Board recommendations be considE~red on September 4. After reviewing the Code of Ethics, he felt Council membl3r Muckle should not have recused himself because when Council is making decisions for all the residents, there is no conflict. He stated if Council member Muckle recused himself, Council member Sackett should have also recused himself because he is eligible to receive the State and City property tax rebate. He requested this year's senior rebates be delayed.
