<br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111I ~~;~~?:??" <br /> <br />D 0.00 <br /> <br />Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD <br /> <br />R 26.00 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1517 <br />SERIES 2007 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOVVN AS THE TAKODA VILLAGE ANNEXATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for armexation of certain property described in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, and known as the Takoda Village Annexation, was tiled with the City <br />Council of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by <br />publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to c.R.S. 931-23-305; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the landowners of said property have requested a Planned Community Zone <br />District (PCZD) zoning classification for Commercial, Office and Residential Uses, in accordance <br />with Title 17 ofthe Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as required by Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code, there has been <br />prepared for the property a PCZD General Development Plan for Takoda Village, to provide for <br />PCZD zoning of the property with Commercial, Office and Residential uses; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a PCZD zoning classification with Commercial, Office and Residential uses is <br />consistent with the City's plan for the area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />landowner's zoning request and has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council, and the City <br />Council has duly considered that recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That certain property known as the Takoda Village Annexation, the legal <br />description ofwhich is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby zoned <br />Planned Community Zone District Commercial (PCZD) with Commercial, Office and Residential <br />Uses as permitted in the approved Planned Community Zone District General Development Plan for <br />such property, a copy ofwhich Plan is Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the City <br />zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br /> <br />-""')' I -1 We; <br />,-,-"-'{ 'I <br /> <br />;)f.." <br />
