<br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />May 16, 2007 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Heather Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:05 <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Callan Childs, Mike Koertje, Heather Lewis, Greg McMe <br /> <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Melanie Julian Muckle, Laurel Tofte <br /> <br /> <br />e agenda, Koertje seconded <br /> <br />City Representatives: <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facil <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - McMenamin moved to appr <br />the motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - McMenamin <br />the motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br />d to approve the minutes, Childs seconded <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - None <br /> <br /> <br />Preservation Zoning In Update - McMenamin reported on the hearing of the <br />Preservation Zoning Ordi front of the Planning Commission noting that the <br />supportive. <br /> <br />Muth reported th <br />ordinance. She ad <br /> <br /> <br />were no comments on the City Council's first reading of the <br />at second reading is set for June 5th. <br /> <br /> <br />that assuming it passes on June 5, she will begin marketing the new <br />eowners in Old Town at that time. In addition a press release regarding <br />am will be sent out to the newspapers as well as the State Historical Society. <br /> <br />Lewis noted that now that this project is complete, the Commission should determine the <br />next project it wants to undertake. Ideas will be discussed at the June 20 meeting. <br /> <br />Revision to Rules of Procedure - Muth noted that the adopted Rules of Procedure <br />state that the Commission meets on the second Monday of each month.
