<br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 16, 2007 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Unless othelWise noticed, the Commission shall hold regular meetings once each <br />month on a regular schedule established at the beginning of each year. <br /> <br />McMenamin moved to adopt the changes, Lewis seconded the motion and it passed 4-0. <br /> <br />Preservation Recognition Awards - Lewis reported that the awards were presented at <br />the May 14 City Council meeting to a good reception. <br /> <br />Demolition Request Review <br />. 948 Rex Street - Lewis and Childs reported that they reviewed this ap <br />and while a portion of the home is one of the few remaining underg n <br />in town, they did not feel it qualified for a stay on the permit. <br />. 801 Lincoln Avenue - Childs and Koertje reported that they reviewed this <br />application. The application was for an addition on the north, ew siding, and <br />new windows (in the existing locations). They were in agreem t that the <br />proposed changes to the house were a positive improvement a not a detriment <br />to the historical structure. They did not place a stayon the permi <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Department Referral - 733 Jefferson Aven <br />The members reviewed the plans for an approximate 300 sq <br />back of this building.
