<br />MEETING MINUTES OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. <br />Sunnyside <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Terri Abbott, Doris Fasbender, Callan Childs, Scott <br />McKenzie <br /> <br />Alternate Commissioner Present: Steve Underhill <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Lisa Bangs, Finance Manager; Mary <br />Corbat, Accountant; Susan Grutzmacher, Administrative Division Manager <br /> <br />Others Present: Sheri Marsella, City Council Liaison; Paul Wood, City of Louisville Planning <br />Director; Rick Brew, RMCS <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair. <br /> <br />Minutes approved and passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Agenda for May 29th meeting passed and approved. <br /> <br />Matter from Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Directors Report: Frank Alexander <br />Frank honored Commissioner Mayer. Tom was a huge advocate for affordable housing. <br />Sunnyside parking lot spaces - paint has faded and needs to be repainted. <br />Review of site visits: Agreement that sites looked good and board enjoyed going into the units. <br />Maintenance staff did an excellent job. Board agreed new sign at Sunnyside looks excellent. A <br />new sign at Regal will be installed this week. <br /> <br />Finance Report: Lisa Banf!slMarv Corbat <br />Lisa updated board about new processes that have been implemented. Automated PO system to <br />review contractor costs. Approval process has also been automated to review budget. <br />An inventory system was also implemented. There is a now a real time system to review what <br />items are in stock. All inventory is currently stocked at the maintenance shop in Lafayette. <br />There is currently about $20k inventory in stock <br /> <br />Lisa reviewed the Louisville financial update: <br />In 2004 there were 5 evictions, 2005 there were 3 evictions, 2006 there were 0 evictions, 2007 <br />there were 2 evictions. Average eviction costs $2,500. Jay would like to increase the expense <br />amount for evictions based on 4-5 year trends. <br />
