Bonus must be used on site. Ordinance states home must be similar to other <br />units/homes. Ordinance needs to be revised; there are too many broad statements. BCHA will look into alternatives and will add to next <br />month's agenda. Sunnyside could use a playground. Jay will investigate getting money to pay <br />for a playground. Jay asked if we could trace license plate numbers in order to recover <br />the expense of towing an abandoned vehicle from the owner.
