<br />Utility charges will increase due to water over the summer. The board reviewed the expenses by <br />unit spreadsheet. <br />Lisa is working on getting reimbursed for bank fee~':e> " I <br /> <br />Lisa and Mary are beginning to work on the 2008 Budget. They will schedule a budget review <br />with the board. Sunnyside fee could not be negotiated. BCHA is losing money for managing <br />Sunnyside property. What is not included in management fees? Will bring to next meeting. <br /> <br />Inclusionarv Zoninf!: <br />IZ Ordinance was included in packet. Density Bonus for affordable housing-all requested <br />changes were included. Awarded density bonus to in-lieu or off site, which spreads it over the <br />community. Should state density bonus will be rounded up or down, which is an incentive for <br />affordable housing. Bonus must be used on site. Ordinance states home must be similar to other <br />units/homes. Ordinance needs to be revised; there are too many broad statements. It does not <br />clearly state the direction they want to go. Planning Commission meeting Thursday at 6:30. <br />Board to meet after July 23rd to discuss. BCHA will look into alternatives and will add to next <br />month's agenda. Sunnyside could use a playground. Jay will investigate getting money to pay <br />for a playground. Parking at Sunnyside is still an issue. No parking signs were installed along <br />East St. <br /> <br />Are the following duplicate services? <br /> <br />1. Ken's Wrecker Service. Jay asked if we could trace license plate numbers in order to recover <br />the expense of towing an abandoned vehicle from the owner.
