<br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 20, 2007 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Heather Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:05 <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje, Heather Lewis, Melanie Julian Muckle, La <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Callan Childs, Greg McMenamin <br /> <br /> <br />City Representatives: <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Fac! <br /> <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - Tofte moved to approve the a nda, Koertje seconded the <br />motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - Koertje mov <br />motion. She said she would be willing to review the comments on our original <br />application so we can have a better idea of what changes might make the application <br />more competitive. Muth will contact the State to get the review forms. <br /> <br />Lewis suggested working on preserving the Grain Elevator.
