He <br />noted Staff is also committed to a timely review of current planning requests in <br />addition to the following items: <br />Parking <br />Green Building Program <br />Hwy 42 Corridor and RTD Station Area <br />Old Town Overlay Zone District Regulations and Downtown <br />Framework Plan as related to Historic Preservation <br />Subdivision Re-plat criteria <br />Revisit Telecommunications / CMRS Facility Regulations <br />ConocoPhillips <br />Livable Streets Plan and Policy <br />Updates to the LMC <br />Urban Agriculture Assessment <br />2012 Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Transportation Planning <br />Following the review by Russ the following was discussed by the <br />Commissioners. <br />th <br />Loo asked if the exit off 36 onto 88 Street is dead. <br />Russ stated before the study for an exit can move forward an environmental <br />assessment will need to be completed. <br />Lipton, Loo, Russell discussed what type of update is required for the <br />Comprehensive Plan. They wanted to know if the update will include a complete <br />overhaul requiring a consultant or can the updates be completed by staff. <br /> <br />
