Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 15, 2011 <br />Page 3of 9 <br />Koertje asked if the applicant’s agreed with the stay so the HPC can provide assistance. <br />The applicants answered in the affirmative. <br />The HPC then asked about the accessory structure. <br />Stewart recommended this item be continued so more information could be collected. <br />Lewis stated she believed the HPC should vote tonight so work can begin to assist the <br />applicants. <br />Michele stated they are not in a big hurry so if postponement is needed they can agree with it. <br />Lewis stated it was a special house and it would be right to preserve it. <br />Fasick added it would be great to preserve the structure since the houses on the other 3 <br />corners have been preserved. <br />Koertje stated he believed there was enough information provided to move forward on placing <br />a stay.
