Koertje took over as <br />chair. <br />McCartney presented the packet material. <br />Koertje asked if this request was considered an addition to the existing landmark. <br />McCartney answered in the affirmative. <br />Lewis asked if this request would make the applicant eligible for additional incentives. <br />McCartney stated it would not. <br />Bob Dressler presented. <br />Koertje asked if the applicant intends to remove the stucco. <br />Dressler answered in the affirmative. <br />Lewis asked if the applicant was sure the wall was intact behind the stucco. <br />Dressler answered there are cracks in the stucco which show the rock wall is still there. <br />Public Comments –None heard. <br /> <br />
